Our director, Graham, holds a degree in construction and management and will remain the project manager throughout every contract, ensuring the smooth progression of the work whilst overcoming any obstacles that may arise with swift and effective solutions.

Graham is a construction management graduate with a background in civil engineering and various commercial, private, and public sector works. He uses his knowledge and varied experience to manage all projects, from conception and design to fully furnished completed builds.
His outstanding leadership skills are based on mutual respect and open communication, producing high-quality work for a wide client base.
Amongst his many project management roles to date are leads in construction works at GCHQ, the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton Racecourse, Sackville Place in Sevenoaks, Gatwick Airport, the Arora Hotel, and Churchill Square. Graham has also designed and built several theatre sets and festival stages in Brighton, London, and Glastonbury.
Graham is a qualified rugby referee, cricket coach, and occasional bass player. He sits on the executive committee of his local Chamber of Commerce and the events arm of the Steyning Visitors and Tourist Committee.
Julian is a top-tier project manager and consultant who came to construction following a career as an illustrator, prop maker and set builder for the film industry in the 1990s. He also worked for Madame Tussauds for four years, built various theme park areas at Chessington and Thorpe Park, and finally moved to construction in the early noughties.
A brilliant communicator with a talent for problem-solving, Julian drives projects with passion, honesty, creativity, and hard work.
His in-depth experience and knowledge have delivered a vast array of prestigious construction projects, including the Nyetimber Estate, PassivHaus builds, Highwood Village, Horsham, and the Amex Stadium.
Julian is a talented illustrator, an environmental advocate, a whistler, a camping fanatic, a guitarist, and a craftsman.
